Restoring the American Promise

Our American Restoration exists to form leaders who can meet this generation’s civic crisis with conviction, clarity, and courage. We are a pre-launch initiative to renew the enduring truths of the American Founding in young Americans through rigorous study, principled leadership, and active citizenship.

The Challenge

  • Declining commitment to free speech and debate on campuses
  • Graduates entering public life with little knowledge of America's founding principles
  • Stagnation and conformity in student organizations
  • Few pathways for principled young leaders to rise

On campuses across the country, rigorous debate is fading and too many graduates enter public life without a firm grasp of the ideas that built our Republic. Our American Restoration exists to change that—to prepare young leaders to defend and renew the American Founding.

“We cannot wait for another generation to rediscover what we are letting slip away today.”

Our Approach - The Three Pillars

  • We ground young leaders in the enduring truths of the American Founding — principles like liberty, self-government, and equal justice under law. Through mentorship, study, and practical leadership experience, our fellows learn how to lead with moral clarity, intellectual courage, and a commitment to the common good.

  • Through deep study and meaningful debate, our participants sharpen their minds and master the ideas that have shaped free civilization. We encourage original thought, equip students to engage critically with opposing viewpoints, and instill the discipline to defend their beliefs with evidence and reason.

  • We prepare members to be active participants in their communities and in public life. Whether on campus, in local government, or in the broader civic arena, our graduates apply the principles they’ve learned to address real-world challenges — leading with conviction, building coalitions, and driving meaningful change.
